Borussia Dortmund will hold out for a fee of £100million as Manchester United look to complete the summer transfer of Jadon Sancho.
Manchester United bosses believed they could land him for around £80m but the German club are planning on extracting significantly more cash from the Red Devils in order for a deal to get over the line.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has made the England international his top summer target and Dortmund accept they may have to cash in on the 18-year-old this summer.
But they won’t let him leave for a cut-price fee and will demand £100m for the winger, according to the Mirror.
United are willing to back Solskjaer substantially in what will be his first transfer window as the permanent Manchester United manager but
Dortmund famously sold Ousmane Dembele to La Liga giants Barcelona for £135.5m and the club’s model is very much based on selling young talent for huge fees.

Should they be forced to sell Sancho, they will look to replace him with close friend and fellow Three Lions squad member Callum Hudson-Odoi.
The wide man is frustrated at a lack of playing time at Stamford Bridge and submitted a transfer request in January in order to force a move to Bayern Munich.
However, Chelsea refused to sell him and hope to persuade him to sign a new deal.
