Lighthouse Family have confirmed they will release a new album, 18 years after their last release.
The easy listening British band, famed for songs such as Lifted, High, and Ocean Drive, are returning to the charts with a new album Blue Sky In Your Head, their first since 2001s Whatever Gets You Through The Day.
The duo, made up of singer Tunde Baiyewu and producer/songwriter Paul Tucker, have reunited with record label Polydor for the album, set for release on 3 May.
BBC Radio 2 will air the lead single, My Salvation, on 21 March on Ken Bruces show.
Lighthouse Family formed in 1993 after the pair met while studying at university and both working at the same bar.
Their 1995 debut album Ocean Drive sold more than 1.8 million copies in the UK, and the band went on to claim three consecutive Top 10 studio albums from 1996 to 2001.
In November 2010, the duo announced they were reforming Lighthouse Family and toured the UK and Ireland four months later.
